Our school ethos is very much driven by the idea of ‘Caring and Learning Together’. We have four simple values that which guide all that we do:
- Be Kind
- Be Honest
- Be Respectful
- Be Brilliant
At Chacewater, we constantly strive to improve our standards at all times, in order to give our children the best educational opportunity. We believe it is important that our children receive a wide range of opportunities which is delivered through our cross curricular approach to learning as well as many visitors and trips.
We passionately believe that our children flourish through our close working partnerships with parents. The school has an "open door " policy where staff are always on hand for parents. Parents are made to feel welcome in school. Parents can volunteer or be part of our wonderful Friends of the school. We value the support of the wider community of Chacewater and seek out ways to keep the school at the heart of the village community, including events and celebrations at the local church or village hall.
We are part of TPAT - Truro Penwith Academy Trust based from Truro College and work collaboratively through this trust with other schools to the benefit of our children.
